Family Night

Monday night was family/date night. So we decided to go to Winger's for dinner. I had a coupon for a free wings appetizer so we gave it to the waitress and then ordered the rest of our food. Eli had lots of fun sticking his hands in my cup of water trying to get the ice so he could eat it. Silly boy. About 10 minutes later the waitress brought out our food, but not the free wings. Shilo asked about it and she said she would check on it. She came back and told us the the cook didn't see the ticket, but that he was working on the order. So we ate our food and every couple of minutes the waitress would come by and tell us that the wings were almost done. Eli especially loved eating Shilo's salty french fries. By the time she brought out the wings we were almost done with the rest of our food and almost too full to even eat them. She then realized that they had the wrong sauce on them so she took them back and brought out the right ones a couple of minutes later. We didn't have too much to complain about since they were free anyways. And then she offered us a free asphalt pie. It was delicious! Just ask Eli. He kept trying to climb on the table because we weren't feeding him ice cream fast enough :)

When we got home we spent some time playing outside. Our front yard is covered with these 'helicopters' and Eli loves watching them spin and trying to throw them by himself. Shilo and I had a contest to see who could make their helicopter go the farthest. I won :)

Eli climbed the tree

And tried to eat the helicopters

And Shilo loves taking pictures with me :)
